PackSlip Terms of Service

The short version

PackSlip reads the orders in your OpoShop store and turns them into PDF invoices and packing slips with your branding. It is free. It only reads your orders and never changes them. You are responsible for checking a document before you send it to a customer.

1. The service

PackSlip is an app for OpoShop stores. It makes PDF invoices and packing slips from your orders, for one order or for several in one file. It is a merchant tool: it adds nothing to your storefront and your shoppers never see it, except as a document you choose to print or send.

2. Your access

You open PackSlip from your OpoShop admin. There is no separate PackSlip password. You are responsible for who in your business can open the app from your admin. Access is limited to the one store the app was installed on.

3. What you are responsible for

• The branding you enter: your business name, address, footer note and logo, and having the right to use that logo.
• Checking that a document is right before it goes to a customer. The figures come from your store's order record. If your business has legal invoicing or tax rules, check that the document meets them. PackSlip is not tax or legal advice.
• Printing and handling the documents, which contain your customers' names and addresses.

4. What we are responsible for

We make reasonable efforts to keep PackSlip available and correct. We use your store's data only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use PackSlip to produce documents that are unlawful or deceptive, and do not try to reach another merchant's store or data through it.

6. Changes and availability

PackSlip is provided as it is. Features may change as the app improves. Changes you can see are listed on the What's New screen inside the app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Found's total liability relating to PackSlip is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or the cost of reprinting documents.

8. Ending use

You can uninstall PackSlip from your OpoShop admin at any time. After that the app stops reading your store. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and how to have it deleted.
